Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your credentials secure and verify your email before purchasing or generating. Use your own account; do not resell access or share sign-in details. Contact us promptly about unauthorised access.
Prices and renewals
The pricing and billing pages show the selected currency, price and allowance. A monthly subscription renews every month until cancelled. Prepaid packs are one-time purchases. Checkout shows the final amount and any applicable taxes before payment. GBP and USD prices are fixed local prices, not a live currency conversion. Cancel future renewals through billing management before your next renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Credit policy
Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period and are used first. Prepaid credits do not expire while your account remains open. Credits are service units, not money, transferable funds or an investment. A quote is shown before submission. Credits are reserved while a job runs, charged on a confirmed successful result and returned on a confirmed failure. An uncertain provider outcome stays reserved while it is investigated; contact support instead of submitting the same job again. A successful output that you dislike is not automatically a failed generation.
Cancellation and refunds
You may contact us within 14 days of a subscription purchase, renewal or prepaid purchase to cancel that purchase and request a refund. We do not require you to waive that 14-day policy to start using the service. Refunded allowances are withdrawn; we may pause spending while reconciling a refund and previously used credits. Outside this period, contact us for duplicate charges, technical faults or other billing problems. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed services remain available. Nothing in these terms restricts your consumer rights. Refunds go to the original payment method after review.
Cancellation request
Email contact@kliqnetdigital.com with “Cancellation request”, your account email, purchase date, order reference and the purchase you want to cancel. You may also write to the operator address above. We will confirm receipt and the next steps. You do not need to give a reason for a request within the 14-day period.
Content and responsibility
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded material and give us and our service providers the permissions needed to process it for your requested work. You must have permission to use references, faces, voices and brands. AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique or resemble existing material. Review outputs before publication. We do not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity or clearance; your use is subject to applicable model/provider terms and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use Genkliq for illegal material, sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, malware, or attempts to bypass provider safeguards. We may reject requests or restrict accounts to investigate misuse. The acceptable-use page gives more detail.
Service and liability
Models, features and generation times can change or be unavailable. We will use reasonable care and skill and investigate reported faults. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach of these terms, subject to applicable law; we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Business users should keep independent copies and assess whether outputs suit their purpose.
Changes, disputes and law
Changes to prices apply prospectively with notice where required; completed orders keep their recorded terms. English law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
