Information and purposes
We use your name, email and authentication records to provide your account; prompts, reference files and outputs to deliver generation and your library; and payment references, credit transactions and support messages to administer purchases and resolve problems. We also process limited request/device information to secure the service. We do not store full card numbers.
Lawful bases
We process account, generation and support information to perform our contract with you; transaction records where necessary for legal recordkeeping; and security/audit information for our legitimate interests in protecting customers, preventing abuse and resolving disputes. Optional marketing would require a separate choice; this release does not send marketing campaigns.
Providers and international processing
Neon supplies authentication and the database. Vercel hosts the website and private file storage. Stripe processes payments. Kie.ai receives your prompts and references and routes them to the selected model provider. Our application database and media storage are configured in London; other provider processing may take place outside the UK. Contact us for information about applicable provider processing terms and international-transfer safeguards. Do not upload sensitive personal information or third-party material without a lawful basis and permission.
Private workspace and generation links
Your library is private by default. When you request a generation, limited-duration signed reference links are sent to the generation provider. Outputs are copied into private storage. Authorised support staff may inspect account/job records to resolve a request or investigate misuse; owner adjustments are logged.
Retention
We keep your account and library while you use the service or until you ask for deletion. Library items you delete are hidden immediately and queued for removal from primary storage after 24 hours. We retain transaction and financial audit records where required for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention, normally up to six years. Support and operational records are retained only while needed to resolve requests, maintain security or establish legal claims. Backups and independent provider copies may persist under their own retention schedules; deletion from our library is not a promise of immediate deletion from every provider.
Cookies and choices
Essential cookies support sign-in and security. A preference cookie remembers your chosen currency. This release has no advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@kliqnetdigital.com. We may verify your identity and retain records where law permits or requires it. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
